Try rotating the job 180 degrees. If a lot of foil is used along the front edge of the foil, the take up tension becomes unbalanced because the remaining foil on the back edge created a slightly larger diameter on the back side causing it to pull more than the front side, leading to wrinkles...

Sounds like you need to clean the chrome bars that the carriage slides back and forth on. Clean with isopropyl alcohol then put a small drop of 3 in 1 oil on the bars. Good luck Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

In my experience, when the fuse blows, the heads will not fire at all. It looks like you may have broken the manifold when changing the dampers.

If your maintenance station is in good shape and the printer will be left plugged in and turned on, it should maintain itself just fine. You may have to run a few long cleanings when you get back. If the maintenance station is old, you might not be able to count on this plan though. Good luck.

Unless you have .PDF as a file type available in GA in the file open dialog, you won't be able to import this. Even if you do, the version of PDF most likely will be newer than GA can handle. It's been too long for me since GA I can't remember, but I think Open and Import use the same filters...
