never use just windex to clean the window, make sure it is ammonia free too. we windex then alcohol it clean.

we just spray a bit of windex on it before removing tape

I'm having this same issue on my XR-640. Mostly on runs of 10 feet or longer.

if we use a saw to cut down our panels, we use a carbide blade (which we dont, we use our router tables for that) and simply sand the edges with a 200-220 grit sandpaper on a block.

same thing happened to me. we had about 3/4 of a roll left from about 8 months before, and it looked like hell when i tried to print on it. i think it has relatively low shelf life.
