at 80 or 90 degrees, i imagine the humidity in that room is through the roof which might not be helping this cause. not sure about that printer and it's drying system (or if it even has one) but try bumping the dryer temp all the way up.

does everyone have their printers in a room with carpet? i have never had static issues, just humidity. we have a climate controlled room, but if you leave a door open, the humidity jumps to 80%.

haha same here. i also have the healthiest heart he had seen in a really long time. the nurse initially took my heart rate and it was at a whopping 26 bpm, so she got another nurse to take it. same thing. i went through 2 more nurses until they called the doctor to take it. my 1 hour check-up...

Alright, after getting sick of rasterlink and versaworks, we upgraded to postershop 11. Here is my issue. I have a Mimaki CJV30-160, and I would like to use my metallic and white inks at some point. Is there anywhere I can get those ink profiles, since onyx doesn't have special ink profiles...

that looks like a profile issue to me. you used the same exact file?

We went ahead and upgraded our onyx to postershop 11. now, where can i get the special color ink profiles for it? from install i only saw cmyk.

we are just sick of looking at it. magenta heads went out and the boss said he is done fixing it. he was also told the ink would be phased out within two years. no bueno.

Scrapping this bad boy for metal since we couldn't sell it. What a terrible, terrible product. if anybody wants to buy pieces, let me know. You have until next Monday.

i kind of figured that was going to be the case. i have tried doing what you suggested, but it grays the copy option out. looks like i'm going to attempt to convince the boss to get onyx. thanks.

I'm not sure if it is possible, but i have several files with different quantities that i need to print grouped together to save media. Also, when i do group files of 1 copy, it won't let me add space between them. The company that sold us the printer pretty much left us up a certain creek...

the main page is way way too long. if you could break it up, it would be much better. logo is bad all around.
