This happens pretty regularly on my AJ1000, my solution has always been to put it in service mode then reverse the supply pump for about 10-15 seconds, then refill it. works every time. not sure how well that would translate over to your machine though.
i got it figured out. thanks fellas. called a company we sub stuff out too when we're too busy or for banners greater than 8 foot wide. direct to garment too so i don't have to mess with it.

If I print and supply the shirts, is there someone in dallas that could apply the graphics to about 20 t-shirts done by thursday evening? short notice, but a favor for the girlfriend. It's for support of a kid with MD.

i would imagine it would be tough for the machine to read reg marks on window perf, especially 50/50. never print and cut that material before, i always steered clear of that mess.
we are currently going through the same thing with designers. kids fresh out of college, and they seem pretty lost. we have gone through 6 designers since march. they either couldn't handle the workload, or self-labeled designers who had no idea what they were doing. we had a couple kids say...
i run hundreds of 10' to 20' banners at a time of just the black on yellow banner with great results. it is on eco-solv though. definitely a time/ink saver.
