What front-end software do you have with your Summa? Does it have edge recognition? I would print them with 0 bleed and then edge detect the border of the sheet and cut to size required.

You should try our Rs404 and Rs406 ceramic coated bits for ACM. They have a clean routed edge with great longevity because of the coating.

I would always suggest using the OptiScout driver in Onyx for the Colex, as that is the frontend software that sending the cutting data to the Colex.
