Cycling power should clear the RAM in the plotter itself. While the plotter is powered off, go back to the app that is spooling the data to the cutter and clear the job queue there as well. If you don't, it will attempt to pick up where it left off (as you are seeing).

In my experience, the High Ink setting is only used for certain fabric medias, and not advisable for paper, most films (excepting backlit), vinyls, or scrim banner media classes. Frankly, this is a setting that should be defined by the Media Profile, and not be toggled on or off by the user...

Make sure that you are on the latest version of Onyx. It should be 10.1 to be current. There was a known bug in 10.0 that inverted colors in files, but it has been resolved in the latest updates. As you are seeing, it only manufasted on some media profiles.

It sounds like a communication error from the printer to the RIP. Are you running Avast anti-virus by chance? I know that a recent upgrade to that AV product has caused problems form other RIPS (Onyx, Caldera). You might try temporarily disabling your Anti-Virus and try again...

You are fine with using the UV Cut version of the EyeOne Pro spectrophotometer. Are you getting the entire Media created, or is the process hanging up in the middle (ink restrictions/ linearizing?) and not getting through the process to create the ICC?
