does anyone use Grimco 2020 inks in a Roland vs-540i? I was wondering if I can just plug it in and go like the site says. I tried to use solaris from fellers but I had to change the chips out for it to print. I don't want to do that.

Flexi is not letting me open or import any eps or pdf file. I can create a design save it as eps with a contour cut the if I want to open to make changes I get ERROR IN IMPORT. I have flexi 10.5.1 with a key.

I have a roll of vinyl that keeps tunneling when I print. Sometimes it is about 8 inches into the print. I've never had this problem before has anyone else?
