I cannot cut. When I put in vinyl it goes into digitize mode ask for pen up or pen down and then it just runs vinyl. Cannot get the menu up to find where to get it out of digitize mode. Anyone ever have this problem????

All excel, word, adobe file types have changed to vfganyk. Can't get any to open. I have attached screen shots.

Having trouble getting anything to stick to a lightly textured painted walls. Basic vinyl won't stick but I figured phototex would work but it started coming off. My supply company said maybe I should look into spray painting a clear coat on wall to see if it will help. What do you guys recommend?

Yesterday when I was adding banner material the roller that holds the material in and feeds it broke on the right side of the machine. The gears fell out but the plastic broke. Anyone ever have this problem? Can I order the part and fix it or will I have to have a tech come work on it?
