Latex HP L25500. We've had it for about 7 months now and so far it has performed great. We can laminate as soon as it finishes printing. You don't need ventilation. The print quality is great. Before the HP we had a mimaki jv3 & a mutoh 1204.
the rolls we store on this rack is the material that gets used most often. I also thought that some rolls would get indented but have not had that problem at all.
Created this storage rack for our vinyl & banner rolls. Used the tubes that our banner material comes in as the base where the material sits on. So far it's been 5 months & it is so much more easy to change out media from our printer to the rack. :thumb:
Does anyone else have a problem with this printers take up rail from not winding up banner material straight. We can't print anything larger than 10ft without the graphic going off to one side. It doesn't do it with vinyl material, only with all our banner material.
We use 13oz. matt banner material. We tape it to the take-up rail before printing so it has tension. I have attached a picture of the settings we use. Hope this helps.
