    IMO, it ought to be masculine, without being off-putting to women. Drop the done-to-death dog, and the goofy word-play (Eli) thing. If he/she has asked you for your expertise in logo design give it to them, don't just be a mouse-clicker for them and their stupid ideas.

    Um, no. It now looks like it has something to do with airplanes or old cars.

    The vertical bars on the ends are the same line weight and color as the letters, and therefore function like letters and kill the legibility. Why are they there? Whenever you do something with a design, there should be a reason for it.
