We have a Roland large format printer using VersaWorks and we use the spot color "CutContour" for cutting out vinyl. I know there is a similar command that cuts down through the backing and perfs which is ideal for doing a bunch of oval decals. I cant for the life of me remember what that name...

We generally use 4mm corrugated plastic for this client but he wants something lighter that is not foamcore but still has the durability of the corrugated plastic. Im going to suggest a 2mm corrugated plastic but is there anything else that may work out? Its being used for a general easel...

We generally order from Harbor Sales also for supplies, not sure if it comes from MD or not. I just looked at their stuff and they have DOT approved reflective blanks precut to different sizes, not too expensive either. I think I need to get more information from the client with what they want...

Someone came to us today about creating a couple signs for their business but they need to be VDOT (Virginia) approved. Not having much luck finding the requirements for something like this. I would think it would have to be reflective atleast, pretty sure Ive seen materials in the Fellers...

I was thinking that too, this really isnt a sign and not our area. Its something you would take to a frame shop. I think we are going to suggest getting one of the DIY ones from the craft stores. We can still print anything they want inside though if needed.

A client wants a sign to be able to write autographs around it, probably on foamcore or PVC. They also asked to mount a childs sports jersey in the middle. Whats the best way to mount this? They said mounting it permanently would be ok. I was thinking either staples, velcro or hem tape...

I have to put in a sign in a parking lot, its just a small sign telling hours on a 4x4 stud and have to dig the hole. Is there a standard height they generally should be so they dont stand too high or too low?
