You should be able to copy the Roland profile and rename it, allowing you to edit. Be aware that doing things like changing ink limits will largely invalidate the foundation that the profile was originally built on. A better approach is to build your own from scratch.

Spyder Pro (from DataColor) is not to my knowledge supported in the Flexi RIP software (Production Manager) and as such, cannot be used for generating Flexi output profiles. The Spyder3Print SR product is used for driver-based workflows only, and I know of no RIP that supports it.
