Solved one of the problem. In Onyx after the fresh install I set all media sizes to 24". When I changed it to 38" the resize problem is gone. So with Onyx no problem, making me beleive it isnt the printer..... For Flexi I reinstalled it once again but still same problem. If I switch off...

As far as I know the DX2 colour heads will fit the larger rockhoppers. You need 2 of them as you use 6 colors. The '38 has a special black head. Paco

Close the top cover to cover the front media sensor completely. if light comes to it and you go into maintenance and you let it detect the media it wll spit it out instead of reading it. Dim the light around it if ti still persist. You can go into maintenance and check the sensors for correct...

Clean it with a cloth (old t-shirt) as much as you can asap. The solvent inside the ink will harm the plastic when not removed. On metal parts you can afterwards use the head cleaning fluid of the printer to take away the ink. More old t-shirts to be use. Paco
