Anyone know of a vendor that services the midwest and carries Cover-Rite polycarb 5mil adhesive backed lam? Normal vendor is sold out until the 10th and we're buried in work that needs it.
:thankyou:
So far just a cast version for vehicle wraps is out but hopefully they expand to a full line. I'd love to use non-PVC, phthalate free mediums for all of our interior jobs (especially schools...).
I also hope Oracal sees this and gets in the game, or is already working on something similar...
Wondering if anyone out there knows of a really thick paper or cardstock that can run through the L25500. Like playing card thick, if possible, as the project is making some one-sided mockup playing cards for a prototype. 12pt+ cover/110#+ cover preferable.
Doesn't need to be exactly the same...
Garcon Grotesque is a contemporary take on the dreaded Copperplate that some of you may be aware of. It has potential for use in our industry and this is an interesting rundown of the design process behind it.

As the title says, looking for a template for a F1600 Formula F race car. This is for some sketches for sponsorship attraction materials so precision isn't required yet, just something close.
Any and all help appreciated, thanks!
This great accounting software has finally come down from the Great White North and is now available to Americans.
Fantastic product, worth checking out if you're still struggling to find a good accounting solution (especially you freelancers!).

I hear this complaint about Illustrator all the time, he's a tutorial I came across that covers how to do it (this time as part of a technique to do the all-too trendy 1900s newspaper print stripe shadow effect).

Adobe labs has just released a preview of their upcoming software Edge, which is for HTML5 Motion and Interaction Design.
Just a heads up if anyone else on the forums crosses over to web development.

Anyone have any experience with this little guy? I haven't worked with Roland's before but the VersaSTUDIO BN-20 is intriguing for a few product ideas I have. Initial price tag is a bit steep but considering how much similar work we do through our Gerber it's an interesting option.
Appreciate...
We're looking at adding a new machine or two and want to keep a consistent color across all of them, so that if a job has to be bumped from one process to another or a breakdown occurs and another machine has to fill in, the customer won't see a difference.
G7 seems like a good way to go...
For those of you running flatbeds, how much square footage would you estimate you use for media storage, and do you store flat or on edge (I assume flat?)? Thanks much.
Short question: we do a lot of our own maintenance on our JV3, including fine adjustments, and I'm tired of trying to see the lines with a loop. Does anyone know where I can buy the scope the techs use?
