We are having the same issue and don't know how to clear the memory. We have 0 ripped jobs, but it shows we're at 42%, then we try to rip a job which would normally take up another 40%, but it maxes out and quits ripping at 85% complete.

We use a table saw to cut our rolls down to 42". We've then found someone who uses the 24" left overs for decals and such. It takes 2 passes with the table saw and we cut the material down further after printing and lamination, so that works perfectly for us.

Has anyone ever used fiverr.com? It's a site where you pay people $5 to do things for you. We've used them for file conversion or image alterations.
