It sounds like you design as a vector but are exporting as a raster? Vector doesn’t have a set dpi. Export in .ai, .eps, .pdf. Maybe you are already, just don’t understand why there’s a dpi setting on your vector aside from coming out of the rip.

Really wish I would’ve bought my cutter from AirMark to get service like that. Glad to hear they got you setup!

Sorry to hear. We have tons of issues with it, but I cut 4 kits yesterday, and aside from accuracy issues, the kits are fully acceptable. Just for how much money spent on this cutter to be told it can do something, it doesn’t do it well, and too much time is spent picking up the slack by hand...

Was hoping to hear your solution to the problem. Sounds like a flatbed is the way to go. Would rather not use a feed in and out table and take up all that space while still not cutting all the way through. Maybe next year we’ll push that direction. Appreciate everyone’s info

I’m going one pass on the cut, but not having an issue cutting through. If I go 2 passes at lower force, it never cuts in line the second pass.

Do you laminate right out of the printer? I have some issues with de-lam on wrap films. Avery Dennison advises to put gas latex prints for at least 6 hours and more if possible.
