Got a fc-8600 and one of the pinch roller assemblies on the end isnt even touching the grit roller anymore. Its shot. Apparently graphtec doesnt make them anymore, but I have another plotter with an extra one that doesnt get used. My question is, can i just switch them out myself? A few years...

If so, do you know the diameter of the whole roll? I am trying to figure out if those size rolls will fit on our HP 300 and 800 latex printers. All I can find from spec sheets is, it pushes the weight limit to the max. Like, I have 1 pound left lol Any help would be appreciated!

So I am making these colored decals that are going to go on clear vinyl. The decals are going to go on yellow vinyl, so i will need to use white behind the colors. My problem is, i need white as an oval AND put behind all the colored pieces. It wont let me do that. My choices are either a solid...

It seems to be printing things about 3/8s too long. Which is obviously a problem when it is for positives for screen printing, or digital printing sign faces. I have tried exporting in different file formats. Didnt do anything. Any ideas?

I have a CVJ-300-130 plus. Yesterday I was getting an error at startup. It was about the wiper. It made some kind of crazy sounds and would never get past the startup screen. Today, I try it, and no error. Everything is fine except the wiper is still making clicking sounds but seems to be moving...
