Okay I'm all out of ideas here. My plotter no longer wants to cut correctly. When cutting any letter with a curve for some reason it is unable to find the start point to complete the cut. It is generally 1mm off mark left to right. I stress the left to right because if it was as simple a fix...

Moved the pinch rollers every-which-way and still cannot shake this pen mode. This has shut me down. Roland says my mainboard

Once a job is sent from Flexi to the plotter it feeds out all of the material and never cuts. It does not stop at the end of the material but rather spits it out. I have cleaned the sensors, checked connections, performed test cuts from the menu, and doe an overall cleaning. Any suggestions?
