Anyone know why one of the dampers (damper number 4 which is black) wont fill up after replacing the whole head?

So i just fully replaced the second head of the CJV300 and connected all the tubes properly from 1-8, they all filled up and worked perfectly fine when I tested them with a test print no issues! But for some reason one of the blacks doesn't work and it doesn't fill up no matter how much I tried pulling it in even using a syringe making sure its flowing properly from the tube into the head but it still doesn't print whatsoever. Anyone have experience with one of the colors just not printing at all after a replacement or some sort like that.
Attached a picture of the test print results.

The damper is probably damaged, this happens sometimes with the new dampers. Make sure the printhead is not clogged, with the syringe and replace the damper if no clogs

sometimes themanifold inlet gets clogged, not usually with black, but i suppose all things being equal, if given the chance to it would.
