Bad dongle

What are my options. My dongle is going bad for signlab 10 print cut and they won’t send me a new one. They are making me upgrade. I want the dongle as some customers files I need to use signlab 7 and 9 for their files. Some features in there are not in 10 and not sure about 11.

Upgrade, ask if you can buy the old dongle.

i'm not a lawyer, but I'd be looking in that direction for "educational purposes" and in no way condoning software piracy.
