Bad dongle

What are my options. My dongle is going bad for signlab 10 print cut and they won’t send me a new one. They are making me upgrade. I want the dongle as some customers files I need to use signlab 7 and 9 for their files. Some features in there are not in 10 and not sure about 11.

SignLab is now dongleless and why they won't sell you a new dongle. I'd say they have you by the cojoñes and you should just upgrade.

Everyone is like this now. Flexi, CadLink, even Corel is subscription, nothing perpetual anymore.

We Have had the same problem with profile lab 10, & engraver lab 10
not shore what is going on, but Cadlink sent me new files to copy onto the usb dongle, all working on 2 out of 3 machines
going to try and reinstall Signlab to see if it works on the 3rd CNC.
Personally I would like to take everything back to version 5 as that was a one stop solution for all devices.

Biggest problem is that, now the new owners of Cadlink are not that approachable. and the two most technical staff members are no longer with the company.
