Brightening Vinyl

Three year old vehicle installed cal cut vinyl is starting to fade and look mottled. Will a product like Armor-all hurt the finish on the vehicle. Other suggestions?

You can try waxing, but calendered vinyl is not the best choice for vehicles.

hhhmmm!!! Calendared Vinyl life is 3 to 5 years depending on the environment. Massachusetts heat and humidity in the summer; snow and salt in the winter. I say the customer got what they paid for.

Well they proved that you can "polish a turd" on Mythbusters.

To the op, armoral wont hurt either the vinyl or the vehicle paint. I used to use it on my bike paint work all the time.
