change sign face....help please

I have to put 2'x22' acrylic face.
I checked there is no way to open this sign box from end.
it is all riveted.

any advice please~

Drill the rivets, that box (and faces/lettering) looks like a real hatchet job.

I would just drill the rivets out and put new ones in after you install the sign face.

drill out old rivets and put bigger ones in,you can also get colored rivets and colored caulking in the brown and bronze colors from harvey building supply or from otherbuilding supplies company that carry gutters or aluminum.

CHECK the TOP should be screws that size of can, electricians have to get in.

Ohhh man....ditto.
Thats a home made job. Would love to see the wiring inside that cabinet. I'd bet they have 4' shop lights screwed to the back of the box.
