What about using a saw and cutting them out yourself...the old fashioned way???

if you're looking at printing..check out supersigns.biz ...excellent quality and they'll cut to damn near any shape

I've tried to cut it myself using table saw & band saw but it's not as clean as the stamped/die cut shapes. It takes long time to cut them.
