Gino isn't acting racist here, perhaps intolerant, but one can only put up with so many engrish folk before one starts getting frustrated. So his biggest gripe is folks not speaking the language of the land, and he's drawn the pretty direct conclusion that if the borders are closed, there will be fewer language barriers.
