The DeLorean was used because of no magnetic pull from the car as it went into the future or back into the past. Basic quantum physics.
It was non magnetic austenitic stainless steel or it would not have worked for Marty McFly.

A splotch of brown in your eye color is a genetic thing. Like when the bearded lady at the carnival told the story of her parents were brother and sister and that is why she had the beard. Have you tried 23 and me to really find out about that splotch or just staying with the "full of sh"t story.

I made a set of magnets for a guy's pick up. When he picked them up and tried to put them on they literally jumped off the door. Turns out he had a pair of 6"x9" speakers in the door panels. The magnets opposed each other.
