The text is "Bean Sprout" from Sign DNA. The font is somewhat modified, it is streached a lot and has a right slant applied.

The ampersand is "Signwriter" from Signfonts.com. I simply do not care for the Bean Sprout ampersand.
The scrolls are "Gingerbread", also from Signfonts.com.
