replacing a formed type face

Wondering if anyone knows what thickness of lexan i can use when replacing a face from a box with a formed type of face pic is what im replacing with flat lexan

Why are you replacing with flat Lexan? Typically they're formed for a reason....

Going from formed to flat may cause "hot spots" from the bulbs being too close to the surface
