Take the damper off and force some cleaning fluid through the nozzle. Last resort but it works good.

Hey Dale,
I did like you said, fluid through nozzle, came out clean on the paper, still no black. Today we installed a new capping station. Still no black. We're going nuts trying to figure it out. Nobody around here works on these printers.
Can you think of anything we may have missed.

If the fluid is getting through the head and still don't print, it is an electric or program problem. Can't help you with either one. Sorry!

I was thinking the same thing.. electrical, but can you pull ink through the head with a syringe??
