Nice renderings very convincing
I enjoy the before and after also.

I like taking angled shots so I can play with the perspective tools in Corel.

I think the before and after is 90% of a sign project.
The vision to see something that's not there,create the new & figure out the best execution is the 90%
When your set up the rest is easy and still some more fun cause now you get to play with your toys.

60's or 50's
Looks like sta tuff with cut out plexi letters.Probably attached with tie wire.
We got a few signs like this that we maintain.

Almost a shame to junk the Zenith sign but we must do what should and needs to be done
