Need Help Summa T750 SL plotter will not connect to plot

Hi, I am having trouble getting my summa T750 SL plotter to cut. I use flexi-sign design software and it is not on their end.
This just started happening after a microsoft update April 16th. Can anyone advice help on this issue?

I appreciate any suggestion and if this plotter is outdated and maybe I should consider another option.

Hi Angela,
How are you connecting to your computer? With USB or serial (9-pin) connection?

You should re-install the USB-Driver from the summa Website. You can check the connection easily with the software Summa Cutter Control available too from the summa website (for that old machine, use the legacy-version of Summa Cutter Control).

you would think after 40 years microsoft would get good at this.
you would be wrong

do a system restore, go back a week or so before the problem reared it's ugly head

off the top of my head i don't know which microsoft update caused this.

USB-Cord or the USB-Port at the PC or the Cutter. Hopefully not the USB-Port at the cutter, because there are no spare parts anymore.
