Will be moving our Roland vg printer into a smaller area of about 300 sqft. Looking for suggestions regarding air purifiers with a carbon activated filter for vocs. Portable or fixed installation.

You could check Amazon or your local "dispensary" for grow room ventilation. Either one will have all kinds of fans, filters controllers etc...

Best option is to vent outside. I recently did that and the project cost about 50 bucks. Grow room fan, 4" round duct and some strap hangers, done.
If there is window in the room you're golden.
