Where can I find aluminum sign blanks

Why 040 do acm cut them on a panel saw. Cut them in house save, time, labor and money. 040 is not that inexpensive and harder to cut unless you have a large shear. Same with the rounded corners and holes. Do them in house

So I can get 18" x 24" aluminum blanks (no coating, drilling or corner rounding) for about $15.00 cad. Is the white finish worth double that or am I just looking in the wrong places?
