I had a lady in our shop some years ago who complained our place smelled like paint and it stank. WTF ?? Lady, you're in a paint shop. Thank goodness, she left right away.

Is it possible she's working with another sign company to see what the competitors are charging? Sounds like she just got a job in sales for some other sign company, and her first task is to "shop" other sign companies to see what they are charging. It also sounds like she's not going to have that job for long :roflmao:

I had a client come in and ask if we had a "Parking for anesthesiologist only" sign (yeah, I had to look up the spelling). I said I'd have to check our stock--what color did she want? She said green. I'm a cynical smart-ass but try as I might I couldn't come up with an appropriate response.

I dont actually know. That might have been the case. She had her teenage daughter with her. I do know that we are on a busy road and many people come in saying they've always wanted to stop in.
