Hi I know the Graphtec has a cutting strip, but I mean is the Perf channel anything special or is it the spring blade that makes it so you can Perf-cut cleanly ? Currently, lack of space stops me from buying a graphtec as I would want the bigger one :).

I understand you wouldn't be able to use the Graphtec in Rasterlink .But it's more the process of using the Graphtec software and using the barcode reader to cut a roll of printed designs continuously, that's been printed from a Mimaki ?

Oh I should mention it's the barcode reader that is tickling my fancy with the Graphtec. So would love to just hit go and let it do it's thing :)

Just want to thank you again. Had a remote session with my distributor and they remotely update my printer and that was the issue. Now running 4.10 :).

I think this is the issue. If I move it to the right it finds it as that's where it's looking for it . Such a random bug to happen after a year of no issues. Thanks for this :)

Well it lasted about two prints and the problem come back again . :(

I just checked the Firmware update app and says my printer is up to date . Is there a different way I'm missing to update the printer?

Your user name gives me PTSD lol ! So I think you're correct but my issue was at Windows 10 update . I've Uninstalled and re-installed everything. Touch wood, all working as intended . If does happen again I think I will try to update the printer firmware, because i'm sure i'm running Ver 3.0...

I can manually find the first crop mark and send the cut. All works as should, find all of the crop marks and cuts perfect.

This is set up as Print < - > Cut. I only recorded the cut bit & didn't want to bore you with the print part :p .
