Head ranks are stores in the EEprom on the main pcb. No main problem when you swap heads and not change head ranks. Headboard should be plug and pray :-) Let us know the results when parts are in and installed. Paco

From experience: The first thing I would check are all the tubes from the cappingstation through the pump to the waste bottle. If one is blocked use flushing fluid and let it rest a while so it can clean the whole line. The tubes from the cappingstation to the pump are prone to clogg quickly. I...

Title says it all. Although 24inch it is the max that I need and have room for to replace a RockHopper 38(Falcon Junior). If I need to print larger I outsource. Need to know if the windows driver instead of rip is working properly and if the Lc and Lm setup are a benefit. Paco

Eddie, Now I understand your problem. Go the maintenance mode to the sensor check and load 60 wide vinyl. Manually check if the sensor works from rigthhand side until lefthand side of the vinyl. it should detect the white vinyl when it runs over it and change the state. If it stops at the 24...

Switch off machine. Move head to center. Take general head cover of. Loosen up screw of left black head. Move head to rear. Fix screw. Try testprint. Adjust try and error until head is aligned vertical and horizontal. Paco

Do not know what you have done after the bypasses. I have no idea what can be the cause for this error. Think back for the steps you have done and when it turned out this way. Any cables on the main board wrongly or poor connected? Paco
