Good to hear one problem solved. For the darker problem did you tried other profiles or a custom profile that is matched to the monitor?

Can you share the file in dropbox to see why it so big and if it is really need to be so big. In which program you design. What is your workflow to make the file printable to the rip program? Paco

In my designs I already include the extra 4 cm I need for the correct contour cut feed. Extra 4 cm is added by a macro when it makes the contour layer.

Good to hear the problem is solved. If you have a cappingstation with a meshing keep checking them regurlarly. Also check the wiper for free movement. They tend to get sticky after a while in use due to the wiped ink drying out and get gummy. Paco

Thats what I asked too as the demo prints with these white lines............

Check if the cappingstation foams are flat not swollen. If they are not flat they connect the nozzles which cause cross contamination.It also prevents the purging of the heads. In worst case you can remove the foam which are two layers and only use lower layer. Paco
