Worked here with DX2 head too.Cleaning fluid is as important. If the fluid does not disolve the ink inside the head the ultra sonic will not do anything. Also for the DX2 head slow syringe push pull is a need to get rid of the clogged ink inside. paco

If you take the blade holder out (do not know if that is possible) and score the vinyl by hand will go through it totally? If it is not scoring through the whole vinyl layers the blade tip is not sticking out enough. Let us know. Paco
