Sounds like a firmware issue.. Its crashing when it gets something it doesn't understand.. I. E. A newer file version than the firmware can cope with - try an older version of the software if you can get hold of it

They are probably using a different solvent - depends on how thick a layer youre laying down as to how quickly it will evaporate. Most solvent inks slightly dissolve the substrate, maybe yours isn't so it's just sitting on top instead of merging with it.

Or you can always generate a profile externally. I do it on all media, different Whites are not the same

Lasers are great, but best thing to do is apply some vinyl and get it cut by someone with a fiber.. Routers are good, but you then have workholding issues. Waterjets are not really suitable - similar as lasers, but youve always got the issue of delamination.

I think it needs a firmware update to get 1200dpi, but... And don't quite me - if I recall 1200dpi only works with Omega. Check your firmware - see if updating that sorts Flexi

Simply add a ce5000 - that's on flexi.. Doesnt need to be the exact model. They all use the same commands

The static is the problem. You can get an ioniser gun that'll remove it, but yeah.. A Pita.. A tack cloth will remove them pretty easily though.. Just do it before removing the film, otherwise the static will just cover it in bits again

Flexi 10 will certainly connect to that without any problems
