3-4" for the cardstock image. We could even do that part ourselves. Basically looking for the spring with the attaching plastic pieces unless you do or know someone who does it all. Any help would be appreciated.

The word silver or shiney comes to mind when I hear the word Sterling. Maybe you could chrome out the name something like this? Just a thought.

If you check out Digital Juice Fonts they have a font called Hairy Monster. Sounds like what your talking about if you want to go digital. You can modify the colors to suit your needs. I had gotten them when they were on sale a long long time ago. =)

Oracal is what I keep on my shelf, both regular vinyl and digital and it is because they stand behind their product. A few years ago I did a job before we had a printer. It is all layered vinyl. We had a problem with the yellow fading. Oracal stepped right up and with no hassles what-so-ever...

for a while I thought it was a font too because of the consistancies in some of the letters, then again - I myself had shuffled different fonts together to get the same look. I don't mind vectorizing but fonts are a pain in the butt and I just don't feel like dealing with this one - lol

When I look at this I can't help to think it is a bunch of fonts thrown together, but with the fonts these days you just never know. Anyone ever see a font that looks like this mish mosh mess?

Ahhhh - no harm no foul. I had no problem finding plenty of vectored logos for USMC. It was the chromed beveled one I couldn't find. Funny how people have the art on their' business cards, are part of the USMC, but no one knows who to contact to get the original art or ask permission. As usual =)
