Where did you pull the information on Windows 10 being a subscription OS? After a year it will probably cost the usual cost of the OS systems (XP, 7 etc...) The free W10 upgrade just seems to be an attempt to bring people back onto the new Microsoft OS as Win8 was a flop initially.

You could try turning off the media sensor and giving that a shot. Sounds like it starts loading automatically when it senses the material (possible foot pedal jam?) but that's just my guess.:smile:

Run the Print all test plots and see if you can get any information out of that. Might just be a bad print profile.

Try bringing the head a bit closer to the media and see if that fixes it, I would be a bit more concerned with the media not being completely flat and causing head strikes but I think that could help it out a bit :)

Have you tried printing it with the fine text mode?

I was able to update them without overwriting. Not sure what I did but I had to actually remove the CC2014 as it ended up clustering up everything. CS6 is good enough of a backup version :)

You could use PhotoTex. They have some with stronger adhesive.

You can just hide the notification forever. Right click on the clock, customize notifications and hide that one either permanently or there's a few other options.
