Dare you change printheads to the one that does power up? It is said to be risky business I know, but some folk have done it... again I appreciate the concern is the PSU details etc, but..is it worth a try? Or can anyone in your part of the world, trustingly help you out with some of your work...

All I can find at present.. you'll need to determine the make of the PSU too I think. Hope this helps a little little bit....

Not uncommon Alistair, Are you using genuine Gerber foils.. it does make a difference.. but it is a recognised.. quirk.. of the Edge system.. Titch
