Hi no I am very familiar with fish eyes which occur if there is contamination eg water or during a solvent conversion. Fish eyes tend to have an upper lip around the ring of the fish eye. If anyone has any ideas please help. THanks Joe

If the printer is switched off and you move the head 4" across to the left do you see a small blob of ink appear under the head itself after a minute or so? If you do the issue may be around the ink cartridges and the pressure around the ink bags. Hope this helps. Joe

For anyone interested I got some tips from another forum and found a solution. The problem is the gloss levels in the ink which I suspected. I did 2 tests and both were successful in contour cutting solvent prints with the Roland Gx 24.
