I'm looking into upgrading some old flourescent cabinet signs to LED. Do the Handley "Kestrel Stick" outfits work pretty good? Or is there another easier/more economical and durable/trouble free solution? There is a cabinet with 10- 36T12's another with 4- 84T12's and a third with 3- 96T12s...

Getting ready to hang a large HDU and aluminum sign on a block wall. The sign will weigh between 100 and 150#. It's going outside so anything wood or plastic would probably nor work so I found these aluminum French cleats. Does anyone know of a better alternative? Thanks...
