I'm having trouble entering service mode all of the sudden. I get a message saying "Turn Off Power Again" instead of the "Entering Service Mode..." I'm expecting. No combination of turning of the sub-power or main power and then re-entering SM works. Anyone run across this before?

Problem solved...starting too quickly. A little pause after the clicking the button on the i1 and before the scan seems to work.

No lamination. We're 99% sure they came off the printer like that...we kicked off of the job late one evening, came in the next day and took the print off the take up, let it sit a couple of days and then trimmed.
