Your horizontal alignment is very far out, it's an electronic adjustment so it shouldn't have been affected by a move. It could be perpetuated by the other physical head alignments. Since both MG/YE are dropping ink it's likely the cap not sealing to the head during cleaning causing the loss...

i see the bi-directional and horizontal test prints, have you done the bias and vertical? They are physical adjustments, and should be done before the horizontal and bi-dir. Hard to see from the images, but on the fill pattern it looks like static overspray off to the side.

There is a set of each print-cut alignments and crop cut alignments in the service menu, since cuts with and without crop marks are aligned differently. First off, which are you having trouble with, crop marks or none? Second, 3/16ths is pretty huge for cut alignment, i'm not sure the numbers...

Also, there is a library of metallic textures inside the versaworks swatch directory. You can print it to look a little more like metallic fleck than metallic nail polish.

Black ink is a little more dense than the other colours, and tends to go wonky before them for that reason. White and silver even more so. I've replaced many a head on SP's for the same reason, black is fuzzy, cyan is fine.

yup, that motor sounds terrible. There is a glass encoder disc at the bottom of the motor, where the oval part is. that may be what is making the grindy sounds. A new motor would solve that, but you aren't making anything worse by trying to save the current one :) New motor is just a drop in...

If you can see ink going through the head, but nothing is firing it's electrical. hopefully something like the head cables aren't seated all the way in, or a fuse popped.

Sounds like the pulley to me, old scan motors make a high pitch wail. The scan motor has an adjustment point, relative to the drive gear. Loosed the bolts (2.5mm hex i think) wiggle the gear back and forth, there should be a spring pulling the motor gear against the drive gear, so wiggling...
