Dampers should be fine as long as there is no dried up ink or other material clogging them. Seals should be nice and fresh too. Heads are pricey, hope the manual flush gets you going.

Have you tried priming the head manually with a syringe? Can be a bit messy but should force any air out. Move the head over to the left side, grab a wad of towels or a drip tray, remove your dampers and manually feed ink or cleaning solvent through each channel. If you notice cleaner/ink...

From the pulley on a UJF-6042 and a TS300P, both use a F699ZZ. Might differ on other pulleys. Seems to be the same on the idler as well as the drive 'stacked' pulley. https://www.lily-bearing.com/products/f699zz/

I have a CJV150-103 with ES3. Still haven't gotten the head replaced, but can probably get those parameters. Just need to change the MECHA size parameter to be a 130.

The bearings should hold just fine. If they do fail, just spring for fancier bearings for $25. What was the part number on them? Might help folks in the future reading this thread.

There is compensation adjustment in RasterLink (using 7) under the quality tab. That might help a bit. Never used it here however.

Nice fix. And yeah, the heaters can build up a crazy out of gunk for a sealed system. Make sure to get the propylene glycol ratio right and should keep things from growing in it as well.

Yup, under the ink bottles behind the back panel is a series of valves. Have the service manual handy?

MK1 or MK2? Might be an ink valve leaking.

I can check on a scrap printer, since most seem to use the same assembly. That said, best bet is seeing if you can read the part number stamped into the bearing itself and sourcing a decent branded replacement.
