I am particulary interested in backlits films. As far as I remember on Roland you need double prints for a good result. On Latex 315 I use 16 pases for o very good result, but it takes about 4 sq meters per hour. What about S40 or S60?

In the end was an issue with the tubbing. Service man changed FI Towers Assy SK (now is obsolete from HP, I was lucky to find one) and all is OK. Alternatively you must change the whole tubing system, much much more expensive.

It is a custom made profile, not a canned one. But maybe there is some incompatibility with it and Wasatch, because I always have trouble installing it in Wasatch after an software upgrade.

Update, maybe it helps someone: Bad profile. Although I have used the same profile and the same vinyl for years. Some how the default vinyl profile corrupted, I don't know how or why. I have reprofiled the media and all is fine.
