Epson ink. No air in the lines. Black is still half full, that was my first thought too. Weird thing is when the printer sits for several hours I get my black back, but after being in use for a while the black drops out again.

Yea, i posted in that thread several months ago when i first had this issue. Ended up having the head replaced. Now 6 months later same issue? I dont think its a head issue.

Yea, if I keep the sheets really small, the decals will usually come out okay. However, I have an order for 10k of these decals. :-(

so much deflection, jeeze. How did this start? Did it start with just one head, then the other? Both at the same time. Did you have a power outage? Its been my experience that black heads tend to go bad first, so its kinda weird seeing two heads crapping out at the same time.
