    Check printhead alignment. Also wipe an area of substrate with IPA and print on wiped surface. Maybe plasticizers are causing this.

    Wipe substrate partially with IPA and print an image on both wiped and unwiped area and you will immediately see if plasticizer is your issue.

    You can easily check in the tubes and the damper how much ink has been contaminated. I would suggest to pull the ink directly from damper using a seringe. This is way faster. Just remove the alloy plate and pull gently the damper from the manifold.
